Usage
Take 4 capsules daily with plenty of water, 2 in the morning and 2 before bedtime.

Liposomally encapsulated magnesium complex from magnesium bisglycinate, trimagnesium dicitrate, magnesium ascorbate, magnesium malate, magnesium gluconate, magnesium sulfate, magnesium glycerophosphate, and magnesium lactate; Celtic sea salt, chromium picolinate, zinc gluconate, potassium iodide, copper gluconate, manganese citrate, sodium molybdate, selenium methionine, boric acid, silicon (as Mesoporosil®️), phospholipids from sunflower lecithin (emulsifier), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (plant-based capsule shell), zinc (from zinc oxide and zinc gluconate)
